Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Information: Clients are required to provide payment information at the time of booking. Payment details are securely stored and used only for applicable fees. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 48hours before the session. Late cancellations less than 48hrs will loss deposit. 3. Payment details are securely stored and used only for applicable fees. 4.Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 15mins late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the schedule. If a client is more than 20mins late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, and loss deposit 5. Public holiday & after hours surcharge Bookings are available on public holidays and after hours, with a 10% surcharge on holidays and a $20 after-hours fee.
