Cancellation Policy

If a client is more than 20mins late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, and loss deposit 5. Public holiday & after hours surcharge Bookings are available on public holidays and after hours, with a 10% surcharge on holidays and a $20 after-hours fee.
