Thank you for your interest in our Lash Extension Training Course. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Your registration and payment confirm your agreement to these terms. 1. Course Booking & Payment All course bookings must be made in advance through our official website or via direct contact. Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course. We do not accept partial payments or payment plans unless explicitly offered in the course promotion. 2. No Refund Policy We maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Once your payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind Personal scheduling conflicts Illness or emergencies Travel restrictions or issues 💡 Please make a solid and well-considered decision before committing to this course. 3. Rescheduling Policy You may request to reschedule your course once with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the course date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the course or no-shows will forfeit the full fee. 4. Certification Requirements To receive your certification: You must attend all scheduled training hours. You must complete all practical and theoretical components of the course to a satisfactory standard. 5. Course Materials All training materials, kits, and manuals provided during the course are included in the fee and are yours to keep unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited. 6. Conduct & Dismissal We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the course for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund. 7. Agreement Confirmation By enrolling in the course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
